Job Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and client-focused Account Representative to manage and nurture relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives on delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating projects with internal teams to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all client needs are met with excellence.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Internal Communication: Work closely with design, social media, and web development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign and project performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients.
  • Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and promote additional services to support their growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Representative, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., project management tools, CRM systems) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to client success.
